Rewards
Free bets
Free bets are promotional offers that allow players to place a wager without using their deposited funds. While most suppliers offer first-time user bonuses, some may require players to engage with the game before granting a free bet.
Hub88's Operator Backoffice enables the creation and management of individual rewards and campaigns, which can comprise multiple different rewards.
Rewards

In online casinos, rewards are incentives such as cash bonuses, free spins, or loyalty points, aimed at enhancing player engagement and loyalty. They are often linked to gameplay activity or milestones.
In the Operator Backoffice, rewards are split into:
Casino Rewards – for bonuses, free spins, and loyalty points.
Sportsbook Rewards – for free bets with configurable betting rules.

Rewards and Campaigns: How They Work Together
Rewards and Campaigns are closely connected. A reward is the incentive given to a player (e.g., free spins, bonus funds, free bets), while a campaign is the promotional framework that groups and delivers rewards to players.
Campaigns use rewards as their building blocks. A campaign can contain one or many rewards. For example, a “Welcome Campaign” might include both free spins and a free bet.
Rewards can exist on their own. Operators can create a reward without assigning it to a campaign, for special one-off cases.
Sportsbook flow is more concrete. Rewards must originate from custom prepaids. During campaign creation, you can toggle to auto-generate a reward from the prepaid or create only the campaign.
Limits
To keep setups clean and prevent misuse, several limits are enforced:
A reward can only belong to one campaign at a time.
A campaign cannot mix Casino and Sportsbook rewards. If both are needed, operators must create two separate campaigns, one for Casino and one for Sportsbook.
Rewards and campaigns must have valid start and end dates - past dates are not allowed.
Currently, deleting prepaids is not supported. Once created, they remain in the system for reporting integrity.
Adding a reward
To add a new reward, navigate to the Rewards tab in the Operator Backoffice.

Analysing rewards
All rewards are displayed in a table format, which is customisable based on your needs. You can manipulate the table columns by clicking the grid view button, located next to the “+ Create new reward” or "+ Create a custom prepaid" button, and selecting the columns you wish to display.

Statuses
Each reward is assigned a status, depending on its state, as follows:
New
Newly created reward.
Active
Start date has passed, the reward is active for the user.
Finished
Reward has been used, and isn't active any longer for the user.
Expired
End date has passed, the reward is not active.
Cancelled
The reward has been cancelled.
Failed
Reward's use or creation has failed.
Downloading the table
You can download the full table view, including all columns, by clicking the three-dot menu and selecting “Download”. The download should begin automatically.
Reward segments
You can save filtered views of the Rewards' dashboard as a custom segment, which will then be available in the left-hand side panel or in All Segments view.
Cancelling a reward
To cancel any reward, click the “X” icon in the “Action” column.
