# Promotions

**Promotions** in the **Operator Zone** make it simple for Operators to discover, review, and join promotional campaigns created by Suppliers present in Hub88 network. The functionality streamlines communication between operators, suppliers, and Hub88, helping you adopt new campaigns faster and with full transparency.

* **Provide** the required **assets** or **updates** for supplier review.
* **Track** the **status** of each **promotion** from invite to approval.
* **See** which **promotions** are **live** and how they are **performing**.

### Promotion Types

Promotions are available in a couple different types with their own eligibility rules. Here are the types of promotions you may find in HubConnect.

* **Tournaments** - Promotional events where players compete against each other for prizes like cash, free spins, bonus rewards, by playing specific games within a set time frame.

### Joining a Promotion

Operators have the option to join a promotion in two ways: through a **direct invite** or submitting a **request to join** inside HubConnect.

#### Joining a Promotion Through an Invitation

When a supplier invites your brand to join a promotion, the flow is similar to joining on your own initiative.

1. You’ll receive a notification in Operator Zone and by email.
2. Navigate to the **Promotions** area in your dashboard.
3. Find the campaign in the list and review all details (dates, terms, creative, and requirements).

#### Providing Assets and Requirements

Some promotions require operators to add banners, landing pages, or specific placement on your site.

* You can upload files (e.g. images, PDFs) and provide short notes describing where the promotion is placed.
* Once submitted, the supplier is automatically notified to review your updates.

#### Change Requests

If the **supplier/provider** requires updates to your submitted assets:

* The promotion will appear to have a status **Needs Action** in your My Promotions view.

* You’ll also receive an email with details.

* Under **"Action History",** add a short description of what was updated, and upload any relevant files.

* Submit your updates, and the supplier is notified again for review, and your opt-in request's status will be updated to **Pending Approval**.

Once approved, your brand’s participation in the promotion goes live.

### Managing Your Promotions

You can easily manage and grasp your promotions under **My Promotions** tab in HubConnect. The promotions you've interacted with by either requesting to participate or opted-in will be displayed there in a table view.

The table view provides you a quick overview of all key details related to your promotions:

* Thumbnail
* Promotion type
* Promotion name
* Provider (Supplier) name
* Promotion offer
* Start and end date
* Status
* Estimated GGR
* Active players
* Average bet
* Discount
* Actions history

Every promotion has a clear status:

* **Opted In** - You’ve accepted the promotion and submitted details.
* **Pending Approval** - You've requested to participate in a promotion or submitted changes, which now the supplier needs to approve.
* **Needs Action** - Supplier has requested changes to your assets or information.
* **Rejected** - Supplier has declined your participation request.
* **Ended** - The promotion has ended.
