Hub AI is your built-in assistant within Hub88’s platforms. It provides instant, multilingual support, helping to quickly resolve questions about any of the products and features, from onboarding, integration, to troubleshooting.

Access and availability

Hub AI is available in the top bar across:

  • Operator Zone

  • Supplier Zone

  • Operator Backoffice

Only authenticated users can access the assistant. The responses are tailored to your role (Operator or Supplier) to ensure accuracy and relevance. The sidebar is designed for desktop and tablet use.

Core functionality

Asking questions

  • Type your query directly in the chat box.

Chat box opens in the right-hand side panel.
  • Paste error logs or code when troubleshooting.

  • You can ask your questions, and the AI will respond in your selected language.

Receiving answers

  • Replies are provided in your chosen language.

  • Each response includes:

    • A direct, concise answer

    • A deep link to the most relevant documentation section

    • Code examples, when applicable

Documentation links

  • Links always open in a new tab.

  • Hovering over the link shows a tooltip describing what you’ll find inside.

Chat history

  • Your chat history is visible within the session.

  • Use “Clear history” to reset at any time.


First-time experience

When you first click the Ask Hub AI button, a short onboarding tooltip introduces the key features:

  • Contextual documentation links

  • Support for both process and technical queries

A brief “How to use Ask Hub AI” introduction appears in the sidebar. This can be skipped or revisited at any time.

You can start right away by typing your question or choosing from suggested starter prompts.

  • Phrase questions clearly for the most accurate results.

  • Include error logs or code snippets when troubleshooting.

  • Always review the linked documentation for full detail.

  • Switch languages if collaborating with international teams.

Do I need to log in to use Ask Hub AI? Yes, only authenticated Operators and Suppliers can access the assistant.
