Operators can now request personalised promotions for suppliers directly in HubConnect through Promo Launcher feature.

No more spreadsheets, email chains, or back-and-forth coordination. Build your promotion plan in bulk, submit it to suppliers in one go, and when a supplier approves, the promotion is created and your brand is opted in automatically.

Suppliers get a matching view in Supplier Zone to review, approve, adjust, or decline incoming requests, individually or in bulk.

Promo Launcher for Operators and Brand Requests for Suppliers.

With Promo Launcher requests, operators can:

• Build promotion requests in bulk using an editable table — add products, games, brands, discounts, and dates row by row.

• Import your promotion plan from a CSV or reuse a previous submission for recurring monthly plans.

• Submit requests to suppliers in one go and track every request under My Promotions → Requested promotions.

• Review supplier changes with updated terms highlighted, and accept or decline in one click.

• Go live automatically — approved requests become live targeted promotions with your brand already opted in.

And under Brand Requests suppliers can:

• Review incoming requests grouped by operator brand under My Promotions → Brand requests.

• Approve or decline in bulk, or open any request for a closer look.

• Propose changes to the terms with a note before approving — one clear confirmation round, no endless negotiation.

Suppliers: find incoming requests under My Promotions → Brand requests in Supplier Zone.
