We’re introducing Player Analytics in the Operator Backoffice — a new way to understand player behaviour at both a high level and in detail, all from one place.

Built for clarity and investigation, Player Analytics helps you move from broad trends to individual player insights in just a few clicks.

What’s new?

Player Analytics combines two powerful views:

  • Table View A complete overview of all players who have interacted with your content. Quickly filter by date, product, country, currency, or device, search for a specific player ID, and save filtered views as segments for repeat use.

  • Player Profile A detailed, customisable view of a single player’s activity. Explore performance KPIs, gameplay history, supplier and game preferences, and much more — all displayed through clear charts and dashboards.

Why it matters?

Player Analytics gives you the context behind the numbers. It helps you:

  • Investigate unusual behaviour or flagged activity with confidence

  • Validate operational and compliance signals

  • Better understand player preferences and engagement patterns

  • Support faster, more informed decision-making across teams

By combining segmentation with deep-dive analysis, you get a clearer picture of what’s really happening at player level.

Player Analytics is available now in the Operator Backoffice. Open the Table View to explore your player base, then click into any player to access their full profile and customise the dashboards to fit your needs.
