# Flagged Activity: Custom Thresholds for Big Wins

**Released**: 17 September 2025

***

[Flagged Activity](/operator-backoffice/transactions-management/flagged-activity.md) in Backoffice has been upgraded. You can now **define** your **own** **thresholds** for **Big Wins**, giving you more control over what’s surfaced in the flagged transactions view.

Until now, the view showed only system-flagged transactions (failed responses or wins above €40,000 and 350x bet-to-win ratio). With this update, operators can:

* **Set custom Big Win thresholds** for both amount and win-to-bet ratio, starting from €1,000 / 50x.
* **Review transactions that matter to your operation** without relying solely on global criteria.
* **Update and manage Big Win thresholds easily**, directly in the Flagged Activity page.

Global thresholds remain in place and continue to be automatically monitored by Hub88 Support, while your custom thresholds are visible only within your account for operational monitoring.

This means €5,000 might count as a Big Win for your team, while others prefer a higher bar - you decide what suits best for your operations.
