The Reports section in the Hub88's Operator Backoffice provides detailed, actionable insights into key areas of your online casino operations. This includes game performance, player demographics, supplier performance, and regional preferences. The data from these reports is crucial for optimising your casino operations, enhancing player experience, managing risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and making informed, data-driven decisions.
Each report can be fully customised to match your specific needs. By selecting different columns and applying filters, you can drill down into the data most relevant to your operations. Additionally, all reports can be downloaded in full for further analysis or sharing, allowing for easy integration into your wider reporting processes.
The Game report provides a detailed overview of the performance of the games available on your platform. This report helps operators track the success of specific games, identify top-performing titles, and understand player engagement. You can use this report for game optimisation, trend analysis, and performance evaluation. It helps answer questions such as:
Which games are generating the most turnover and GGR?
Are there any underperforming games that require attention or removal?
How does the average bet size and bet count vary across games?
Which games are attracting the most active players, and which are not?
Turnover by game: Total amount wagered on each game.
GGR: Gross gaming revenue generated from each game.
Average bet size: The average bet placed by players on each game.
Bet count: Total number of bets placed on each game.
Actives: Number of active players for each game.
