The Dashboards in Hub88's Operator Backoffice provide a centralised, visual overview of your online casino operations. It is the main view of the platform, designed to help you monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and technical metrics through intuitive, real-time graphs.

KPI Overview

The KPI Overview graph presents a snapshot of your business metrics, including active players, turnover, GGR (Gross Gaming Revenue), bets, and margins (as a percentage).

You can view these metrics over different timeframes, including larger periods for in-depth analysis and smaller, more immediate data points for Today and Yesterday. The graph supports auto-updates in short timeframes—ranging from 10 seconds to 5 minutes—so you can stay informed of real-time changes in your business performance.

Device Breakdown

The Device Breakdown graph allows you to understand which devices your players are using to access your casino. You can apply additional filters based on important business metrics, such as GGR, turnover, or active players, to gain deeper insights into the performance of your casino across different device types.

This feature helps you optimise your game offerings and interface based on the most popular devices used by your audience.

Top Countries

The Top Countries graph shows your casino’s performance by country. This is essential for identifying which regions are driving traffic and revenue, and where to focus your efforts for localisation or marketing.

You can filter the graph by key business metrics like GGR, active players, or turnover, allowing you to drill down into the performance of specific countries or regions. This helps you spot trends, tailor your offerings, and plan for international expansion.

Technical Performance

The Technical Performance graph gives you a snapshot of your casino’s technical stability over different timeframes (6 hours, 12 hours, and 24 hours).

It provides key indicators such as:

  • Successful Bets

  • Successful Wins

  • Failed Bets

  • Failed Wins

  • Successful Rollbacks

  • Failed Rollbacks

By tracking these metrics, you can identify potential issues with your casino’s performance and ensure technical stability is maintained, minimising disruptions for players and optimising the overall gaming experience.
