To launch a new promotion, complete the following steps.
Navigate to My Promotions tab, and click "Create New Promotion" button.

In the new view, fill in the details around your promotion. See the full list of needed info in Promotion Details Overview.

Review and confirm the submitted information. If you wish, you can also leave the editor and come back later to finalise the promotion. Until then, your promotion will be with a status "Draft".

Inviting Operators

Individual selection: Allowing to choose specific operators from the Hub88 network.
Bulk invitation: Sending invitations to all relevant operators with a single click.
Operators receive the invitation with an automatic email which directs them to Operator Zone, where they can opt in to participate (subject to Opt-in Management criteria).
Opt-in and Approval Process
Hub88 allows suppliers complete control over which operators are allowed to participate in a promotion.
Supplier can decide to control the participants through Opt-in Management (located under the promotion details view) or allow all participating operators to automatically join the promotion (must be selected during promotion creation, or can be added later by editing the promotion).

The Approval Process

To confirm participation, suppliers can approve operator opt-ins, by going to My promotions > pick the correct promotion > Opt-in Management under the promotion details view.

Monitoring Opt-ins
After invitations are sent and/or the promotion has been shared to operators, suppliers can track operator participation in real time:
View list of brands who have requested to join.

Choose which brands are approved, rejected or if there are any changes needed by the brand.
Monitor status and complete any additional action which may come from additional changes that a brand has done.

Review communication and action history between you and the brand.

Participation rates are also tracked by analytics available per promotion. Hub88 showcases:
Number of Opt-in requests
Opt-in rate
Approved Opt-ins

Monitoring Additional Actions (Action Required)
In some cases, suppliers may require a brand to make some changes when participating in a promotion.
For this process, it is required from both the supplier and brand(operator) to complete the following steps.
Supplier requests changes from a brand by selecting Request Changes under Opt-in Management. In the new pop-up, the needed changes must be specified. Once the comment has been added, the change request must be confirmed. This will trigger an email to the Operator to update their brand.

Operator is informed and should make necessary changes, if they want to join the promotion. Once the changes have been made, they'll be able to describe the update they've made and add any file attachments necessary.
Once the Operator has submitted the information, the supplier will be notified automatically by Hub88 to review.
Supplier can review the changes by going to My promotions > chosen promotion > Opt-in Management > Action Required section.

Click the Review button
In the Promotion Opt-in Request Updates view, you'll be able to see the direct communication with the Brand.
In case further updates are needed, you can specify them directly there. The Brand will stay in the Action Required section.

If the changes were made correctly, navigate back to the Action Required list view and approve the brand by ticking the select box and clicking "Final Approval".

Suppliers gain insight into the performance of each promotion through integrated analytics displayed per promotion, including GGR reporting. Hub88 showcases analytics on:
