Glossary

Account

Refers to the whole entity on Hub88's side. An Account consists of all associated Brands, Operators, and Sites.

Actives

Unique active accounts where the bet size is over 0.

Brand

The parent entity for one or multiple Operators. A Brand represents the overarching organisation or label under which one or more operators function.

Client

A combination of an Operator and a Brand, where the Operator is displayed first. It represents the relationship between the operator and their respective brand in the system.

GGR

Gross Gaming Revenue. GGR shows the amount of money that stays with the casino as a result of players' wagering activity, but before paying for any of the casino's expenses.

Operator

An entity under a Brand that manages and operates one or more online casino Sites or skins. It represents the operational side of the brand, overseeing activities and transactions.

Site

An online casino website or portal, also referred to as a "skin." A Site is a specific implementation or version of an Operator’s platform that may represent different versions or appearances of the casino.

Supplier

A game supplier partner for Hub88. This term is interchangeable with Provider and refers to the companies that supply games to the platform.

UUID

A Unique User Identifier assigned to each user. It is used to uniquely identify users across the platform.
