Introducing Updated Segments in Operator Backoffice

Save, share, and bookmark filtered views across Backoffice, no need to reapply filters every time.

Segments are now available across key areas in the Operator Backoffice, giving you a faster, more consistent way to track what matters most.

This update brings three powerful improvements to how you manage filtered views:

• Secure sharing via encrypted URLs. Easily share filtered views with other users in your account. Shared links are encrypted, and auto-apply the filters with the respect of each user's page permissions.

• Redesigned creation flow. You can now name each Segment and add an optional note when saving, making it easier to organise and access them later on.

• Central view for Segment management. Use the new "View All Segments" modal to manage saved Segments per area. From there, you can edit names and notes, share, delete, or bookmark views for quick access.

Segments work across areas like Transactions and Flagged Activity, and are always tied to the page where they were created, keeping views relevant and contextual.

Segments persist across sessions, work securely with user permissions, and remove the need to repeatedly configure your most-used views.
