Player Analytics: From Overview to Complete Player Record

Deeper insights, faster investigations, and bulk actions — all in one place.

Released: 9 April 2026

Player Analytics in Operator Backoffice has been upgraded with three new tabs and powerful bulk actions, turning the Player Profile from a behaviour snapshot into the single source of truth for any player investigation.

With this update, you can:

  • Analyse performance by game, supplier, or date to see turnover, GGR, average bet, bet count, and margin in one view, with drill-down into individual games

  • Audit every transaction to search by UUID or round ID, filter by status, and create support cases directly from the table

  • Review all rewards in context to see every Casino and Sportsbook reward granted to a player alongside status and campaign details

  • Grant rewards to player groups in one action to select multiple players, configure a reward once, and apply it to the entire cohort

What's new?

The Player Profile now includes four dedicated tabs:

  • Player Overview — the familiar charts and KPIs, now with a Rewards graph and the ability to share or edit your view

  • Performance — breakdowns by game, product, or date with full KPI columns

  • Transactions — searchable, filterable log of every player transaction with direct access to logs and support case creation

  • Rewards — all Casino and Sportsbook rewards in one view

The KPI Overview panel is now persistent across all tabs, with quick actions to Grant Reward or See Supplier IDs always available. Timeframes are global — set it once and continue your investigation across tabs.

On the Players List, new bulk actions let you select multiple players and grant rewards or export data for the entire cohort at once. New filters include Supplier, Site, and Turnover Range.

Why it matters?

Investigating a player used to mean jumping between reports, copying IDs, and manually piecing together information. Now, everything you need is in one place — from high-level performance trends to individual transaction logs.

Whether you're a CRM manager analysing VIP behaviour, a support agent investigating a query, or a compliance officer auditing activity, you can get to the answer faster.

Where to find it?

Open any player in Operator Backoffice → Player Analytics and explore the new tabs. Bulk actions are available directly in the Player's Table View via the checkbox column — filter by operator first, then select and reward.
