Invoice Payments
Direct invoice payments are available for invoices created starting from January 2025.
The Invoice payments feature allows Operators to pay invoices directly inside Hub88's Operator Backoffice, either in decentralized payments or with a bank transfer. This eliminates the need for manual communication of payment details, streamlining the payment process and reducing the potential for errors.
To use invoice payments, Operators must:
Be logged into the Operator Backoffice.
Have a valid invoice issued by Hub88 starting from January 2025.
Have valid resources for both digital currency and fiat payments.
Invoices created before January 2025 and unpaid will display an "Approved" status, indicating they are in a pre-payment approval stage.
Hub88 supports two different types of payments: Direct digital currency payment and Direct fiat payment.

Payment process
The payments process is a part of the Invoices area in Operator Backoffice. Under Invoices tab, you can view aggregated and detailed overviews of all invoices issued by brand in three different stages: paid, unpaid and partially paid.
Paid invoice: Indicates a fully paid invoice that is resolved.
Unpaid invoice: Indicates an invoice with no payments related to it.
Partially paid invoice: Indicates that a payment (of any sum) has been made in relation to the invoice.
If a payment larger than the credited sum is made, the invoice will be marked as paid, and the excess sum will be credited toward your next invoice as a prepayment.
High-level payment process overview

Select the invoice you wish to pay from the Operator Backoffice by clicking on the “info” icon.
Click on the “Pay Invoice” button.
A new right-hand HubWallet side panel should appear, displaying the invoice amounts and payment method options. The invoice payment window may also display further information:
2.1 Pre-payment: The amount received in relation to another invoice that was more than a previous invoice's total amount. This amount is credited to your account.
2.2 Unsettled balance: The amount still outstanding from previous payments.
2.3 Amount received: The amount received in relation to this invoice. This amount is credited to your account and is usually displayed when an invoice has been partially paid.
Select a payment method (digital currency transfer or bank transfer). Note that additional fees may apply depending on the payment method chosen.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment, including sending the appropriate amount to the designated wallet address or IBAN.
Once the payment is received and verified, the invoice status will be updated to “paid”.
Direct digital currency payment
Direct digital currency payment allows using digital currencies to pay the invoice, either fully or partially. Hub88 supports payments in BTC (Bitcoin Network), ETH (Ethereum main net) and USDT (TRC20).

How to pay directly with a digital currency?
Go to Operator Backoffice → Invoices and select the invoice you'd like to pay by clicking the “info” icon.
Click on the “Pay Invoice” button.
In the side panel, select digital currency payment from the available options on the payment methods.
Enter the amount you'd like to pay. This can be either the full total amount of the invoice or a partial amount.
NB! The minimum amount for a partial payment must be a positive amount.
Select the digital currency you wish to use (BTC, ETH, USDT).
A wallet address will be generated for the selected asset, along with the amount to be paid in the chosen currency. You can either use a QR code for easier payment or input the data manually.
NB! Ensure that the entered currency amount matches exactly. Inaccurate payments may not be processed correctly and could result in a lost transaction. If this occurs, or you are unsure about the payment result after the confirmation time has passed, please contact customer support or your account manager.
Transfer the exact amount to the provided address within 20 minutes, as the exchange rate is locked during this period.
Payment confirmation
Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain:
The payment status will be updated to “paid”.
The confirmation time varies depending on the blockchain:
USDT (TRC20): ~10 minutes
ETH: ~10 minutes
BTC: ~30 minutes
Direct fiat payment

How to pay with direct bank transfer?
Go to Operator Backoffice → Invoices and select the invoice you'd like to pay by clicking the “info” icon.
Click on the “Pay Invoice” button.
Select Bank transfer (IBAN) as your payment method.
Enter the amount you wish to pay.
You will be provided with the necessary IBAN, Bank name, SWIFT/BIC, and Reference / Invoice Number tied with the invoice.
Complete the transfer through your bank. NB!: Ensure you include the displayed reference/invoice number in your transfer.
Payment confirmation
The status of the bank transfer will be updated once the payment is received and confirmed by Hub88's finance team. This typically takes 3–5 business days. Once the payment has been successfully processed, the payment status will be updated to “paid” in the Backoffice.
Fees and charges
Additional fees may apply depending on the selected payment method, licence, and your user type. These fees are displayed on the invoice payment screen after the payment option is selected. Please review the fees before proceeding with the payment. The most common fee is for digital currency payments, where a currency conversion fee of 1.6% is applied. Additionally, different banks and financial institutions may apply their own fees for third-party transactions outside Hub88. Please ensure you are aware of your service provider's fees before making any transactions.
Transaction confirmations
Transaction confirmations are subject to the selected payment method:
For digital currency payments, the confirmation time depends on the blockchain (BTC, ETH, USDT).
For bank transfers, confirmation is completed once Hub88’s finance team verifies the payment, which can take 3–5 business days.
Transaction notifications
You will receive email notifications regarding the status of the invoices:
New Invoice: Triggered when the finance team completes reconciliation.
Invoice Paid: Triggered when the invoice status changes to “paid” — the invoice has been fully paid.
(Partial) Payment Received: Triggered when a partial payment is received.
Handling failed payments
If a payment fails, check the following:
For digital currency payments: Ensure the correct amount was sent to the correct wallet address. Missing or incorrect details will result in a failed payment.
For bank transfers: Ensure the payment details (IBAN, amount, and reference number) were correctly entered.
In the case of a failure, the operator should review the payment details and contact their account manager or customer support. There is no automatic retry feature for failed payments.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with payments:
Verify that the payment details (digital currency wallet address or IBAN and reference number) are correct.
Ensure you are using a supported digital currency (BTC, ETH, USDT) and network
BTC — Bitcoin Network,
ETH — Ethereum main net
USDT — TRC20
If the payment has not been confirmed within the expected time frame, check the blockchain status or contact Hub88 support/account manager for assistance.
To ensure the security of your transactions:
Only make payments from official Hub88 Operator Backoffice domains.
Carefully verify the payment details (digital currency wallet address or IBAN) before making a payment.
