Here’s a quick overview of what Hub88 has in store for you as an Operator:

  • HubConnect Operator Zone: This is your go-to hub for business management and customer support. It's where you'll start your setup and integration process.

  • Hub88 APIs: Seamlessly connect to our extensive game portfolio through the Operator API, ensuring a smooth integration experience.

  • Hub88 Operator Backoffice: This all-in-one platform gives you control over your games, transactions, performance tracking, and live data reports. It’s designed to help you stay on top of everything in one central place.


Getting Started 🚀

Before diving into the setup, get in touch with our sales team at sales@hub88.io. Once we’ve sorted everything out, you’ll receive an email invitation to begin your onboarding process inside HubConnect Operator Zone.

Our onboarding process is split into two key stages:


Business Information


To get started, you'll need to provide details about your company, its brands, and the regions you plan to operate in. This helps us to verify your business, ensure compliance, and customise our services to suit your needs. Below is an overview of the information required to set up your profile and prepare for the technical API integration. Once you've filled in all the required fields, click the "Save and Submit" button. Our team will review your submission, and if any changes are needed, you’ll receive an email. If everything is in order or changes are approved, your business information will be considered complete, and you’ll be able to begin the technical integration process inside HubConnect.

The email address we'll use as main contact source. Please ensure the email address uses your company domain and is actively maintained.

Legal Entities

You can add all legal entities with which your company is operating and wishes to use Hub88 services.

Gaming Licences

Depending on your business type, adding gaming licences can be omitted. For this, please inform Hub88's Sales team or your Account Manager in advance.

This section covers all the licenses and gaming authorizations held by your Brand. Multiple licences can be added, and confirmation can be provided for each licence indicating its active status.

Here, you're asked to add the contact details of the account admins. You can add multiple contacts, specify which previously entered Brand each contact is associated with, and choose which notifications they should receive.

Invite Teammates


If you need help from your team during the onboarding process, you can easily invite them to join. Just enter their email address and click "Send." They'll receive an invitation to log in and create an account for the onboarding process.

Make sure your invitees email domain matches that of the admin account owner to ensure the invitation goes through successfully.


Technical Integration Setup


See Technical Integration Setup in our Developer Docs for detailed help on each stage.

Once your business information is complete, you'll move on to the technical integration process. This is divided into four key stages. At each stage, Hub88's team is available to support you. Once the information is approved, you'll be able to proceed to the next stage.

  1. Staging Configurations You’ll submit the required details for setting up your staging environment. Our team will review and approve them. Once everything is in order, you'll move on to the next stage.

  2. Staging Testing In this stage, you'll test the integration in the staging environment. All selected tests need to pass for you to be able to submit for review.

  3. Production Configuration After successful staging testing, you’ll set up your production environment. Again, submit the necessary details, and our team will review and approve the configurations.

  4. Production Testing Finally, you’ll perform testing in the production environment. Once you submit the results, our team will do the final review. When everything’s good to go, the integration process will be complete, and the launch for your integration will become available 🚀
