# Promotion Terms and Conditions (For Operators)

1. **Platform Fee**: The platform fee imposed by Hub88 is ineligible for discounts. Consequently, any discount presented to operators by Hub88 will be less than that extended by suppliers to Hub88.
2. **Discount Application**: Discounts will be applied to operator invoices only and exclusively following the receipt of an equivalent discount from the supplier on the corresponding Hub88 invoice.
3. **Liability Disclaimer**: Hub88 shall bear no liability for the outcomes or performance of any proposed promotional activities or game releases.
4. **Compliance and Deadlines**: Hub88 reserves its absolute right to:
   1. Decline any promotion or game release in the event of non-compliance with Hub88's established procedures or deadline breaches by the supplier.
   2. Inform affected operators of the reasons for refusal.
5. **Exclusive Arrangements**: Arrangements such as Early Adopter or Exclusive Game deals may be negotiated directly between Supplier and Operator, contingent upon all requisite details being communicated to Hub88 prior to the launch.
6. **Notice Requirements**: For all exclusive or new game releases, complete required information must be furnished to Hub88 no less than two (2) weeks in advance of the anticipated release date.
7. **Territorial Responsibility**: In the case of market-exclusive promotions or game releases, Hub88 disclaims any obligation to enforce territorial restrictions. Such responsibility resides entirely with the opting-in operator.
8. **Proof of Conditions Fulfilment**: Hub88 reserves the right to reject any promotion if adequate proof of compliance with the promotion conditions is not provided by either the Operator or the Supplier.
9. **Precedence of Terms**: In relation to any subject matter addressed herein, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence over any existing agreement between Hub88 and the operator.
