# My Products

**My Products** area gives operators full visibility into the content that is enabled for them across the Hub88 network, and a self-serve way to request new content enablement, one by one or in bulk.

You can access My Products from the **Content** section in the **HubConnect** [**Operator Zone**](/hubconnect-operator-zone/overview-operator-zone.md) sidebar.

**My Products** is designed around two views:

* **My Products (main view)** a table of all Hub88 products, showing your contract status and per-brand enablement overview.

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/Wfy3yHLSulm4oKsykoHn" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

* **My Products (Per Operator view)** a drill-down into a specific product row, showing the full breakdown by Operator and Brand combination.

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/g8bd68W5GJkVDMG7JSyK" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

### My Products (Main View)

The main table gives you an at-a-glance picture of your entire content portfolio.

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/Wfy3yHLSulm4oKsykoHn" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

Each row represents a single product and displays:

* **Product Logo**
* **Product Name**
* **Contract Status** - whether the content has been requested by you (`Requested`) or is already contracted and active (`Contracted`)
* **Enablement Overview per Brand** - a set of colour-coded icons showing the enablement status of this content for each of your brands:
  * 🟡 **Yellow** enablement is pending for this brand
  * 🟢 **Green** content is enabled for this brand
  * ⚫ **Grey** content is disabled for this brand

#### Searching and Filtering

You can narrow down what you see using the following options:

* **Search** by product name
* **Filter** by product or by status

Filtered views can be saved as **segments** for quick access in future sessions.

{% hint style="info" %}
Segments are saved at the user level, not at the account level unless the Segment is shared. Each user needs to create their own custom segment views.&#x20;
{% endhint %}

### My Products (Per Operator View)

Clicking any row in the main table opens the full **Operator view** for that product. This gives you a detailed breakdown of every Operator + Brand combination for the selected content.

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/g8bd68W5GJkVDMG7JSyK" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

#### Table Columns

Each row in the Operator view shows:

| Column                | Description                                         |
| --------------------- | --------------------------------------------------- |
| **Operator Name** | The name of the operator |
| **Brand Name** | The brand under the operator |
| **Environment**       | Staging or Production                               |
| **Operator IDs** | The operator identifier(s) for this brand |
| **GGR Status** | Gross Gaming Revenue status for this combination |
| **Enablement status** | Whether this Operator product is available for you. |

#### Actions

For each row you can click:

* **Request** to initiate a content enablement request for this Operator + Brand combination
* **Edit** to update the configuration for an already enabled or requested combination
* **See** Request History modal, containing product enablement details such as RTP and Exposure.&#x20;
* **Configure RTP and Exposure** after a product has been enabled to update enablement settings.&#x20;

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/KFwdoHPdRRAYGmrmNZq4" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

#### Searching and Filtering the Operator View

When in the Operator view, you can:

* **Search** by operator name
* **Filter** by operator, by brand, by environment, and by enablement status

Filtered views can also be saved as **segments** here.

### Requesting Content Enablement

When you click **Request** on a row, a request modal opens. You'll be asked to confirm the content you want enabled and fill in your preferences.

<div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/KFwdoHPdRRAYGmrmNZq4" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

#### What you'll configure in the request

* **Preferable RTP (%)** - your preferred Return to Player percentage for this content
* **Preferable Exposure** - your preferred exposure value for this content

{% hint style="info" %}
**Validation rules**

* Preferable RTP must be **at least 90**
* Preferable Exposure cannot be **below 100,000**
  {% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
The final RTP and Exposure values applied will be based on the configurations available from the supplier. Your preferences are submitted as a guide, not a guarantee.
{% endhint %}

Once you submit the request, it is sent to Hub88's team to begin the enablement process. After the request is submitted, the enablement status for that Operator + Brand combination will show as **Pending Enablement**.

{% hint style="warning" %}
**RTP & Game Exposure Configuration – Disclaimer**

By configuring RTP levels and/or game exposure settings through the Platform, the Operator acknowledges that such settings directly impact player experience, game performance, player retention, and commercial outcomes. The Operator accepts sole responsibility for understanding and managing these implications, including ensuring all configurations comply with applicable regulatory requirements in each jurisdiction where games are offered.

Hub88 acts solely as a technical intermediary and expressly disclaims all liability — direct, indirect, or consequential — arising from the Operator's selected configurations, including any regulatory breach, adverse player experience, reduced game performance, player disputes, or financial outcomes resulting therefrom.

Game Suppliers provide content within defined permissible RTP and exposure parameters and similarly disclaim all liability for any outcome — commercial, regulatory, or player-related — arising from configurations selected and applied by the Operator.

The Operator further acknowledges that deviating from default or recommended settings may result in unintended consequences, including atypical payout behaviour, reputational risk, and responsible gambling concerns. The Operator accepts sole responsibility for any player-facing disclosure obligations and shall indemnify both the Aggregator and the relevant Supplier(s) against any claims, fines, losses, or costs arising from its configuration choices.

By proceeding, the Operator confirms it has read, understood, and accepted this disclaimer, and has conducted its own due diligence prior to applying any settings.
{% endhint %}

3. **Select the Operator** you wish to enable content for, then click **Next**.\ <br>

   <div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/kvOuLYbsVgX5UihiYJwC" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>
4. In the **Content Selection** step, a table of available content is displayed. For each product, you want to request:
   * Tick the **checkbox** at the start of the row to select it.
   * Enter your **Preferable RTP (%),** and **Preferable Exposure** for that product.\ <br>

     <div data-with-frame="true"><figure><img src="/files/KSc2oGfhWtmXLrFt8FB7" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>
5. If you would like to apply the same default values across all selected content at once, click **Update Default Values** at the top of the table. This updates all currently selected rows in one action.
6. Once you've made your selections and filled in your preferences, click **Submit** to send all requests together.

{% hint style="info" %}
**The same validation rules apply: RTP must be at least 90 and Exposure cannot be below 100,000.**
{% endhint %}

### Frequently Asked Questions

**What does "Pending Enablement" mean?** \
It means your request has been submitted and Hub88's team has been notified to begin the enablement process. No further action is needed from you at this stage.

**Will I get the exact RTP and Exposure I requested?** \
Not necessarily. The final values will be based on **what the supplier supports**. Your submitted preferences are used as a guide during the enablement process.

**Can I request the same content for multiple operators at once?** \
Bulk Enablement lets you select multiple products for one operator per session. To enable content across multiple operators, repeat the Bulk Enablement flow for each operator.

**Can I save my filtered view?** \
Yes, use the **Save Segment** option to save any combination of filters you've applied, both in the main view and in the Operator view.
